An options appraisal for the Drugs Intervention
Programme was completed by looking at
their building requirements. As a result of this, we
designed and managed the construction of a
14,000 sq ft office space.
The project itself was a complex jigsaw - balancing
the requirements and operations of different
functions with landlord and tenant interaction.

• The largest of ten industrial buildings on a brown field site in NE Derbyshire.
  

• Volumes required housed in mono-pitched structures, reflecting the operations within.
  

• Client saw building as part of his marketing strategy – regular visits by customers and suppliers, the building shows the quality of operation across the company.

Project Logistics were commissioned to add a
glass lift to the east end of the car park, to
connect the Interchange beneath.

The final design integrates with the rest of the
project by using the same palette of materials
and colours. The project was constructed whilst
the Interchange was fully operational.
