A new detached, four bedroom home on two floors that was built within the grounds of the client’s house. The priorities for the project were to maximise natural light and achieve a flexible layout. These requirements were exceeded by introducing an ‘L’ shaped corridor, roof lights and cut holes in the first floor. Rooms were designed to be mutli-purpose in that the study could easily accommodate a bed and the dressing room a study desk!
